So how do I get started?

Coaching begins when a client agrees to a statement of intent and makes their initial financial investment. Once these two steps have been completed the coaching begins. There is an initial 90 minute session either in person or via video that is mandatory to begin the coaching process. This crucial time is where we redefine and clarify the need, establish goals, determine the time frame and the appropriate coaching approach for a successful journey.

Financial Matters / Billing

The client chooses a block of hours that works well with them. For those who can pay for a block of time up front, I offer incentives. It is more cost-effective to commit to the larger block of time and make payments. I allow quarterly payments with an initial 25% deposit. I have found over the years that the client that puts their “money where their mouth is” by investing in themselves up front, are 80% more likely to achieve their goals than those who want to pay by the hour, which, is not an option with me. That to me is one of the fatal flaws and reasons that most people do not get their desired results when working with a therapist that they see once or twice a month by the hour when the client feels it is necessary. The way our mind works is that it convinces us we don’t need a coach and we can do this on our own and spend the money on Starbuck coffee, mani pedis, fishing rods or golfing.

I accept payment via PayPal, venmo, cash app or cash.

I track the time spent with my clients using a time tracking software. I am able to provide a client at any given time with a statement showing the exact day and time frame that was spent coaching. I like this kind of accountability and my clients appreciate the accountability, attention to detail and my desire to be a good steward of their financial investment.

I bill in 15 minutes increments so anything less than 15 minutes is rounded up.

Get started by telling me a bit about yourself, what type of coaching you are seeking, and how many hours you are interested in.  We will then arrange our first interview session and get started.

Refund Policy

I do not offer a refund on monies spent. I will however, allow a client to forgo spending future monies that they have committed to, FOR ANY REASON! For whatever reason, if I turn out not to be the right fit than there is no need need to be your coach. That being said, I’ve only had this happen four times in 10 years and it has been only due to unforeseen financial hardships that surfaced. My clients appreciated that the contract was not enforced in full and once the hardship was gone, two of them came back and re-engaged me.

As for the original deposit that was made, I will not refund those monies. There are two options if a person is not satisfied or unhappy with my coaching and a balance is still left on their initial deposit. The first is to walk away and allow the sting to be a teachable moment of the cost of giving up on yourself. The second approach is the client can donate the balance of unused time to be used to help underprivleged people. I will donate 100 hours a year of my time to work with troubled teens and battered women who definitely need the coaching.”
